Pros

Hands on training with one-on-one check ins to gauge your progress is amazing. My trainer was like my personal cheerleader throughout this journey whenever I began to doubt myself or feel overwhelmed. After training I feel prepared and confident to began my new career.

Cons

It was a lot of information to retain in such a short amount of time.

Thank you for the five star review and for sharing such thoughtful feedback about your training experience. I am so glad to hear the one on one support and progress check ins made you feel confident and prepared. Having a trainer who encourages and supports you every step of the way truly makes a difference. I also appreciate your note about the volume of information. While there is a lot to learn in a short period, the goal is always to ensure employees feel equipped and supported as they transition into their new roles. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
