Pros

Team is generally OK but heavily reliant on external work & if that’s slow you’re basically doing nothing all day.

Cons

Very minimal onboarding & training. You’re essentially told to go watch some videos & do some modules that they didn’t even make. You’re then expected to full efficient & ready for client work.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback regarding onboarding and training. Across all of our programs, we provide several weeks of detailed, instructor-led training in a classroom-style environment where associates can ask questions and learn alongside their peers. Following training, there is a nesting period where trainers offer real-time support during live calls. Even after transitioning fully to production, Coaches remain available to answer questions and provide guidance in real time. Building a strong and supportive foundation is a priority for us, and feedback like yours helps us continue improving. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
