Pros
The pay is pretty good for a mid-tier CSR position, and there's plenty of overtime to work if you want it.
Cons
Senior management is highly inconsistent when enforcing policies, agent metrics put pressure on agents to assume responsibility for things outside of their direct control, the attendance policy is unforgiving of legitimate excuses for missed days (like viral pneumonia), and the excessive micromanagement creates a hostile work environment. Paid Time-Off is accrued at a rate so slow, it's a joke (3.33hrs per paycheck, only after 6mo tenure), which is a turn-off when you consider that the job often requires the agent to run damage control for the corporate client's behavior.
