Pros

The best thing about this job is its easy, you can dress pretty much how you want as long as appropriate, you sit at a desk all day and answer calls. Customers can be difficult at times but never to bad and it's not all the time.

Cons

The pay is horrible, lowest paying call center, no raises after 2 years, they show favouritism, don't work with you on schedule, mandatory overtime, and management lies and doesn't know what they are doing. Ever since the new OM's started there has been no recognition. Use to have things to look forward to at work but not since the 2 Nicole's took over. Let people that are related to management have any day off and any schedule they want. Just not a place to work, I would suggest only take job till something better comes along.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
