Pros

Full-time hours, uncapped commission, for the most part most of the employees are friendly, however this company literally hires anyone off the street so you will encounter shady people and people who were raised in a barn.

Cons

Enough downsides for me to give this company 2 stars. First off, every job position here, even if it's tech support contains a sales component. You are expected to pitch a sale to every customer even if they're calling in regarding their broken cable box, for example. The clients clearly care about money first, even prioritizing it over the customers, and the employees get shafted the most. You cannot hang up on a customer for any reason so if they're berating you and calling you rude names that would never fly at a store you just have to sit there and take it. Do not take this job if you're someone who is anxious or easily angered.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
