Pros
- Your colleagues will make excellent friends, but is this job seriously worth it for a few friends? - Overtime is welcome at Christmas - Room for progession but only because of the extremely high turnover - Clear balance between work and home, you don't take your work home wth you
Cons
- Ridiculous low pay, and once I was promoted to management I was supposed to be thrilled with my 50p more hourly wage - Disgracefully poor management who were obviously scared of certain employees so would not take action on their poor work ethic or behaviour - The job is dull, and the people at the top truly do not care about you so there is no use complaining about aspects such as pay, colleagues or even inputting your idea - The training is ridiculous and does not match the day to day job - If you are not one of the 'favourites' from the management i.e you did not work with management on a previous campagin, good luck if you are sick, late, or make a mistake. Discretion is used, but only for the favourites.
