Pros

If you need 40 hours, then its good. Pay was slightly above minimum wage, so there's that. Lots of hot ladies too.

Cons

Much like every company dealing with the people was robotic, and unfriendly. You are not a person to the people that you will be working for. Any pocket device is a pocket guillotine for you here. I was let go, and put as "unrehirable" because my regular wristwatch in my pocket had an alarm that sounded. I was then taken immediately out of training, and terminated on the spot The kicker? They did not tell me that, so when I reapplied a year later, I got an interview, only to be told this, and that the lady telling me all this "will never know" why I was put as unrehirable. You are not a person to these people, and only a number. Do not try and stay here.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
