Pros

There is five Campaigns. Starbucks: Automatic Gold status, Making it very easy to get free drinks. DTV: ATT&T will pay for your TV and Internet. Intuit: Free tax software. Toms: Potluck every two weeks? I dunno. And Aon: Unknown, Good pay?

Cons

Sitel is next to the PF Changs, Bowing, and Hampton hotel? However, I advised that you do not park in the visitors parking lot if you get hired. Management is a bunch of greedy pigs, they will promote or fire for the dumbest reasons, and they like to "Punish" The agents by VTO/MTO (Voluntary or Mandatory time off. IE loose money)They do not care about the systems as well, the Management team cannot do their jobs correctly because the computers are outdated, and the software is Experimental. Even if we do plead the case, they outright reject it. The OMs (Operational Managers) Do not care, they roam the floor, more or less being wardens of a jail, and they are very, very nice, but lazy.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
