Pros

Good place to get your foot in the door in an office environment. Great place to meet new people in similar situations. Made some great friends there.

Cons

Average pay for the industry No real benefits Poor / Inexperienced management You feel like a number not a human Feels like a faceless corporation that does not care about employees If you're sick or 1 minute late you'll know about it

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback following your employment with us. Though, we are sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your time here. Our benefits packages are constantly being reviewed and improved where possible. We have since reviewed and made changes to our absence and lateness policy following feedback from across the company. Employee engagement is also something that we have made a lot of positive changes too recently, making sure to find the best ways to get people from all parts of the business involved and working together. Hopefully this will have covered off most of the points you have raised to us and you can see that positive changes have been made in lots of different areas in order to improve all aspects of the business for our employees.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
