Pros

People are friendly, warm and professional. You contribute more and willingly. The Organization's leadership resides in France and US. Their values of consideration for people and the pursuit of a stable business reflect in the way they treat people. Their communication is crystal clear.

Cons

As everywhere, myopic bosses, third rate communication abilities. Middle manager cliques and elites regardless of ability and performance, zero thought for people. None of them even showcases your talent to higher leadership. They waste time meant for the doers and then scurry around to fulfill doable projects in un-doable timelines all the while promising their respective superiors the moon. Mind you, the core leadership is far more organized and plans for these projects with generous timelines. It's the senior & middle management that manages to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The company is survived only by it's doers at the lower management and the executive levels. No employee is free from the fear of being fired if he speaks the unvarnished truth to senior and middle management. HR is hand in glove and complicit in their bid to stem the tide of complaints reaching the leadership. No HR audits have been conducted for years altogether. Middle and Senior management self certify compliance with the stated values and policies of the organization. Third party audits are a joke, they are deliberately kept limited in scope and reach. Flagrant breaches of basic employee oriented policies are covered up.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
