Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts – though we would like to clarify some of the points you have raised. There are a number of different opportunities available to all of our employees, depending on what you would like to achieve and where you would like to progress or develop. Our absence policies and procedures have recently been reviewed and changed following ongoing feedback from different employees across the business. In regards to expectation, we are sorry to hear that you felt these were set too high but am unable to comment further without more context behind the matter. Your comments have been passed on to those who are involved with the onboarding process to let them know that they are doing a good job. Please do get back in touch with us if you would like to discuss further.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
