Since it's one of the biggest call centers in Managua, there are growth opportunities and different methods that contribute with the day to day improvement. Pre-hire english courses, to level out english skills, for those who don't meet their requirements. Web site with tips and tricks to get through the interview process. Used to have a "miles store" which was based on performance and you could´ve interexchange your points for items, like grocery and appliances.
Cons
Having performance bonuses for customer service reps would be a great way to encourage people to continue performing to the top of their abilities. Re-hires are based on former's Supervisor perception.
