Pros

Nothing, worst place in the world

Cons

Where do I begin, this company lied out the back, informed the hiring manager that I would be gone a few days a friends bachelor weekend Nd he said I’ll put it in you application and it should be fine, November comes around it’s. Problem. Informed my coach I’ll be in class from 10 till 330 Nd needed my time changed, everything was changed other then my Monday which had me coming in at 3, I occurred 5 occurances because of there mistake, coach’s are shady, they lie Nd could care less about the employees, you get an compliance or technical for mot getting the second part of the zip code, this place is the worst place Iv ever worked for, another this is when asking a coach a question the look at you like you an idiot, some coaches are great but others who love to use bullying tactics and force you to quit, the agents that actually wanna help the members are let go while the ones who do the bare minimum are kept, if ur looking for a job that actually cares stay far away from this place.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
