Pros

- Friends gained in the organisation - Health benefits

Cons

- Leadership: too many changes in the organisation particularly the people and the structure. Roles and responsibilities are not well defined which causes confusion to employees especially supervisors and managers - People Investment: we don’t take time to develop our employees and instead hire externally. Unfortunately some of these hires also don’t know how to create leaders and as a result we keep on losing talents. - Pay/Appraisal: Salary is not competitive. No annual or performance appraisals. When we promote folks internally, we become cheap and don’t compensate well yet we are willing to spend so much hiring externally. - Sitel Image: we are so busy building the company’s image and we forget about our employees. We invest on parties and even sponsor events but we really don’t take care of our people. We cannot even provide laptops to those employees who need it for their job, headsets included. - Employee Satisfaction Survey filtered: we cannot improve if we keep on choosing the feedback we receive.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
