Pros

Made good friends Progression is there if your face fits Watched some advisors grow and develop Was able to leave to go home at the end of the day

Cons

- Working hours were diabolical - don’t expect your Ops team to help you out - they will all nicely go home at 4pm while you’re on your own until 10pm - No recognition for hard work or appreciation. Some weeks not a single greeting from your Ops department - If you’re not prepared to sack any employee your Ops manager wants then you will be punished/shouted at yourself - Salary is shockingly awful - a Team Manager is paid next to nothing for the hard work they do. Better salary as an advisor in a different company - Company themselves have no idea what they are doing and will make rules up as they go along. - Life is just too short - don’t waste the same amount of time I did.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
