Better than when I started and better than average, but still room for improvement. - Anonymous employee Foundever Employee Review

Pros

Consistent improvements in employee satisfaction. Senior management is constantly coming up with new ideas to help improve morale, communication and retention. Our site director is really good about going to the client and fighting to make sure we get fair treatment and fair opportunites for bonus and compensation.

Cons

In a management position, you don't get a lot of recognition, but spend a lot of time making sure the people below you are recognized. Senior management also has a tendency to play favorites. You see one person getting constant personal attention and you have to fight for it. I guess that's something you see everywhere, but it still isn't fair.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
