Pros

-The Learning department is well-run and well-staffed -Never at a loss for things to do -High growth ceiling -Pace of work flows between extremely high paced and moderately slow -LOTS of autonomy and room for creativity. -NO MICROMANAGEMENT!

Cons

-Upper management tends to be disconnected from middle management and the hourly workers -Very much a "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit" kind of company. Not very much room for accommodation outside what's medically necessary if you aren't in Learning. -Position can be VERY high stress; Learning department has possibly the most pressure -Operations can be EXTREMELY standoffish; at times seems like it's Operations acting in the best interest of nobody except for themselves.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
