Pros

Nothing. This company is not helpful or have any pros about them

Cons

The pay is terrible for the stress you have to deal with. There is so much change that you’re not sure who is managing your team anymore. Campaigns are falling apart. Management can only tell you the bad. Never any praises and all due to the pressure of trying make sure everyone is “perfect”. They don’t allow you to discuss your problems in team chats. We are told to “always keep it positive”. That’s not exactly legal or ethical. There is nothing positive about the company. They have terrible communication on what may be happening next. You are always in the dark. You could be looking at lay offs or maybe you’ll get to work another week. My advise, stay as far away from this company.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
