Pros

Remote work, which is great.

Cons

Pay is not all that great. Communication from management has been a mess because Sitel and Sykes just combined to become Foundever. Also, there are major problems coming soon with changes that are being implemented on some projects and no members of management have taken the time to actually listen to the CSR’s concerns nor have they attempted to ask CSR’s about the impact these changes are going have on the project - it will not have a good outcome.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
