Pros

At this moment there are none.

Cons

I worked here for a year and a half only to be laid off. Applied for other positions and have only heard from one while I was still employed there. I am now without medical benefits for myself and my husband. We had a month to be found another position and we were never called or emailed. We were just thrown away. It didn't happen until Foundever took over. Before that we had campaigns that were found for us. The last campaign the hours were awful and we were told take it or resign. So most of us took it only to be trained for a week on the campaign then let go for what I'm guessing quality. It's hard to have good quality when you are not trained on the system or the job properly. It's almost 2 months and I wad hoping to hear from them about a position as I see then posted all the time but never anything. We were supposed to be put in the front of the line for such positions. Very disappointed that they would do this and have a family go without medical.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
