Pros

There are absolutely no pros

Cons

After 30 minutes They will make you clock out for system Issues that are not your fault even while working with I.T. on the system Management does not care that you are getting proper training. They pay to get you’ll licensed but will cancel license if you quit. There is no support and the computer only cares about you being on the phone to take a call even if you don’t know what you are doing and there is no assistance

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
