Pros

"Potential" opportunities available from a Global organization.

Cons

Lack of oversight from the higher-ups. The local site management team is unaccountable for their shortcomings.

Thank-you for your balanced review. I agree there is room to grow within Foundever. We believe the associate experience is the customer experience and we continually work on improving our associate experience. We did implement an annual Max survey, an idea collector for suggestions, and we have the new Global Wellness & Sustainability Survey along with the well being calendar to aid in helping holistically. Foundever also prides itself on a great work life balance. I will pass your suggestions up. Thanks for the review. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
