Pros

- The managers (ops and learning) have always had my back and go to their full abilities to protect you. - Wide variety of positions, that they are always hiring internal for. - The pay can be really nice if you stick it out until you find a good position.

Cons

- They can switch your position/pay randomly with little notice. Due to Foundever working with companies as a 3rd party customer service, sometimes those companies can withdraw with little notice. This can cause you to sometimes be left without a job or demoted to a lower paying job. - Management is limited in what they can do. HR and Operations push back on a lot of things which causes a big miscommunication. An example is promotions; they can take forever to be processed even after signing an offer letter. Leaving you without pay or wrong pay for a long period of time. - Benefits vary among positions. My first campaign (company I serviced for) had benefits after a YEAR of working there. The issue is that a lot of campaigns require doctor notes. It's hard to get a doctor's note if you can't afford to go to the doctor.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
