Pros

Easy work, not too complicated

Cons

If you're happy with 17/hr then it's good, but don't expect to get the bonuses they tell you about, they constantly move the goalpost and if you actually do good enough to bonus the quit telling you your stats so you can't verify for yourself. Having you upskill to more departments without a raise and say there's overtime but there never is.

Thank you so much for taking the time to voice your opinions. Working onsite has a starting wage of $17, and that can be higher than some competitors in the area. Employee growth is something we encourage at Foundever. 93% of our internal employees grow within our organization. We encourage our associates to have conversations with their coaches to discuss the best way to advance their career path. It can be frustrating when the goals change, although there are many agents that have reached the bonus tiers. Thanks for taking the time to review, and we will let the appropriate teams know. Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
