Pros

-Company has some big name customers -A 9-5 job if you are content on just being a cog in the wheel

Cons

This company has the ego of a unicorn with a mindset and processes from the dark ages. Management talks a big game claiming to be invested in innovation, AI, CX, or whatever the latest buzz word is. However, they are only concerned with doing the bare minimum with only their bottom line on their mind and not what is truly valuable to their end customers. If you are looking for an outsourcer that will provide customer service agents using the latest tools or technologies, the ability to support your demanding needs or the innovation to set them apart from their competitors, then think again. In my experience, some of the best resources are based in LATAM/Brazil. Their US operations, staff and team are struggling heavily with not a lot of traction.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
