Pros

Being able to work remote

Cons

Pay is terrible, no raises. Benefits are worse than working at a gas station. They expect so much and pay so little.

Thank you so much for taking the time to voice your opinions. We do regular market analysis to ensure we stay competitive with wages. I do agree that working remotely is a great benefit that helps with work life balance. We also believe that the customer experience is the associate experience. We also encourage our associates to bring these concerns to their Coaches so they can work together to set SMART goals and achieve the best experience possible for both the associate and the customer. Thanks for taking the time to review, and we will let the appropriate teams know. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
