Pros

The opportunity to get an insurance license.

Cons

The amount of training provided--not long enough for the level of expertise needed for the position.

Wow! Thanks for the 4 star review! An insurance license is one of the best perks of working at Foundever. We have a program that helps to train and pays for the insurance license exam. That license is yours to keep. We appreciate when our associates take the time to let us know what is working and where they would like to see positive change. This is why we have implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) program. It allows our associates voices to be heard and allows them to share their experiences and idea's on how we can make our company the best place to work which includes training. Thanks for the honest review. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
