Thank you for your candor with this review. Employee growth is something we encourage at Foundever. 93% of our internal employees grow within our organization. We encourage our associates to have conversations with their coaches to discuss the best way to advance their career path. We have also implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) program. When you are doing the work day in and day out, you find the issues that need be fixed. The max survey is the way we can share those pain points to make positive change. It can aid in capturing a higher satisfaction rate, because we use those insights to improve and be the best. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
