Pros

The pay and a few of the people

Cons

I’m disappointed and disgusted as to how I was treated and lied to from my trainer and had to go around her when I was sick with the flu and didn’t have a voice, than told me nobody was above her or make decisions over her pertaining to me when my doctor took me out of work to be treated for asthma at the ER she treated my job after another training told me I was free to go… SICKENING

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
