Pros

Pay for bilingual is good we start at 19

Cons

Training for several weeks. Practically irrelevant to the job. You go through 3 stages class training, ojt and Upskill. During ojt all it’s beautiful and you are Doing a great job. Once you go to upskill. You for some reason don’t pass the quality calls. Also the person coaching you has no idea what they are talking about.

Thank for taking the time to leave this review. We agree the pay for bilingual starting at $19 is competitive. We believe that the customer experience is the associate experience and encourage our associates to offer genuine care while meeting our business needs. We also encourage our associates to bring these concerns to their Coaches so they can work together to set SMART goals and achieve the best experience possible for both the associate and the customer. Thanks for the review. We will be sharing your feedback.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
