Pros

Foundever provides 3rd party call center services to companies worldwide. Your experience with Foundever really depends upon the client that you are working for. Foundever itself is well organized, well managed, offers advancement opportunities, and if you are working in call center customer service, is probably a better experience if you are working from home.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to switch between clients within the company, b/c they don't keep you informed regarding open availability with other clients that the company services. Foundever intentionally keeps its list of clients a secret. They tend to prefer that you stay with one client. However, you can move into different positions with the same client.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
