Pros

The campaign I was in paid $17 hr. It was back office so you weren’t talking to customers. Since the campaign I worked for was a game system we did get to have PlayStations on the floor that we could play. They hire anybody due to such high turn over rates.

Cons

Very strict work environment. Campaign never offered overtime, did MTO due to them over hiring on campaigns. Would not allow time to be made up if missed at any point. Foundever also allowed staff to be asleep at their desks clocked in but expected others to push out 200+ cases a day while others are taping out at 50 during an 8 hour period. We had PlayStations on the floor and the rules were confusing to say the least. Some agents on the floor were aloud to sit and play on the game for hours but others where told only on their breaks which would be fine if those same agents weren’t told they need to get off the floor on their breaks. Team leads where either highschool mean girls who showed extreme favoritism or old guys who would openly sexually harass you and nothing get done about it and it be treated as a joke not only that but would show not only me but other staff the half naked 18 year old girls he’s trying to pick up on dating apps. I’ve had to go to HR on a multiple of occasions due to a violation to my worker rights. I had mangers try to write me up from a 30 day break in between campaigns while we switched over to PlayStation. They have no heat during the winter they have the ac running it’s always 60 degrees in there or lower regardless of how many people complain about the temperature they refuse to get it fixed. The on site bathrooms where always broken or blown up and the cleaning crew on staff never cleaned them regularly or at all and there was constantly feces, urine or other feminine waist on or in the toilets and stalls.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
