Pros

Paid for insurance license, some trainers are really cool. Possibly could change schedule after 3 months in production. Remote

Cons

One trainer I had spoke to you in a passive degrading way. Not enough to get them in trouble though. You have to study a lot to get insurance license and you have about 2 weeks and a half of paid studying to learn it. Very high volume of calls once training or production. The schedule was awful. Weekdays were 12pm-9pm, literally your entire day then worked weekends around 10am-7pm and 10am-4pm, so you wouldn't actually get a full 40hrs. Lunches unpaid.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
