Pros

-Pay -Pays for pre-licensing -Pays for exams and fingerprints

Cons

-Quick Termination Warnings: Any perceived slowdown in work performance can lead to termination warnings. -Pre-licensing Score Pressure -High Stress: Employees face immense pressure to meet pre-licensing score requirements before test dates. -Immediate Termination: Failure to achieve required scores results in immediate job termination, heightening stress levels and job insecurity. -Employee Retention Fee: - $300 Fee: Employees who do not stay with the company for a specified duration face a $300 fee. -Punitive Policy: This policy discourages retention and feels punitive rather than supportive. - Inadequate Training: -Rushed Training Sessions: Both online and in-person training sessions are hurried, not providing adequate time for material retention. -Unprepared Employees: Insufficient training often leaves employees unprepared, increasing the risk of errors. - Culture of Fear: -Severe Repercussions for Mistakes: Mistakes are met with severe consequences, including threats of termination. -Negative Work Environment: This creates a culture of fear, making it challenging for personal and professional development. -Need for Reevaluation: Although Foundever has the potential to be a positive workplace, the current practices around performance pressure, training, and retention penalties require significant reassessment.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
