Thank you for your feedback. We understand that call center work can be demanding, especially with high call volumes. To support our associates, we provide comprehensive training, offer a nesting period with close support, and maintain an open-door culture where team members can reach out for help. We also have an Employee Assistance Program available. Your suggestions for improving coaching and using new ideas are valuable, and we will share your feedback with the relevant teams for further consideration. We appreciate your input and are committed to making continuous improvements. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
