Pros
People were very nice there. They have emotion and are human. Always tried to be supportive until otherwise.
Cons
Company kept making new polices to kill us off. Call requirements kept increasing. They wanted more time and effort without pay increase. Only had bonus pay incentives that were unrealistic to achieve. The updates sent out sabotaged programs and equipment. Lack of sources of information on calls - no help from anyone. You'll be on your own and unable to handle calls; especially when they're literally not even 10 seconds in between most times. The list goes on for things that'll count against you, even in emergencies. It just kept getting harder to stay there from all the new policies and rules they kept making from our struggles and sacrifices. Higher management doesn't care about anything but their statistics being affected by your 'inconveniences'.
