Pros

Work from home for most employees

Cons

No raise ever, for any reason unless you want a lot of responsibility and even then it’s very low pay. Work/life balance is awful. They call and email when they are short staffed which is often because almost nobody stays here long. So prepare to be bothered a lot when you’re off work. Coworkers, coaches, team leads, etc snitch anytime they can if it helps them. Your team leads does not care about you. They lose money anytime you call out, are late, etc. If you work here, don’t trust anyone ever. There are favorites and it’s obvious. 80% of the time, you will not get approved for time off and they don’t care if it is for a doctors appt, vacation, family event, etc. There are better places. I saw at least 15 really good people that worked here for years quit or get fired and at least 100 or more new people quit or get fired within a month or less. Foundever is terrible. I have a few friends there that are desperate to find a new job that have been here for years. When it was sitel or Sykes, it was so much better. It has went downhill since Foundever took over

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
