Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We understand that you've experienced challenges with management and colleagues. Customer service can be stressful sometimes for both our associates and customers. We believe that the associate experience is the customer experience. Our MAX (My Associate Experience) program allows our associates‘ voices to be heard, through our annual survey, to share ideas on how we can improve. We launched a “You said we did” campaign in 2024, to address the issues raised by our associates and work to create a good work environment for our associates. We also provide a counseling program that helps our associates in many topics such as psychological, legal, fiscal, social support topics. Sofia from Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
