Pros

Full-time, biweekly pay, not the worst pay in the area

Cons

Leadership across sites is not consistent. Management makes its own rules for staff based on personal opinions and not operational needs. They do not treat all employees the same. Favorite employees are very obvious and given more opportunities than those who are not as well-liked based on looks, personal beliefs, and personal relationships outside the office. Pay does not increase with inflation. Training has been slashed and is a third of what it used to be. Most trainers cannto show hands-on work performed on the job.

Thank you for your honest feedback in this review. We truly value your acknowledgment of the positive aspects of working at Foundever, such as our full-time employment and biweekly pay structure. It is our mission to cultivate an equitable work environment where every employee feels appreciated and supported. Your insightful suggestions regarding leadership accountability and the necessity for consistent opportunities across all sites are incredibly important to us. We genuinely appreciate when our associates share their thoughts on what is working well and where they envision positive change. This is precisely why we have introduced the MAX (My Associate Experience) program. This initiative empowers our associates to voice their experiences and ideas for making our company an even better place to work, including aspects like training. We will ensure that this valuable feedback is shared with the appropriate teams as we strive to enhance the associate experience. Megan at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
