Pros

Lengthy training and the rest you'll have to learn on the job yourself.

Cons

Salary is too low for workload. Too many tools for one job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recognize your concern about the necessity to learn certain aspects on the job independently, and we are continuously working to enhance our training programs to provide more comprehensive support. This is why we implemented our MAX (My Associate Experience) Program, which allows our associates to voice their ideas and suggestions for improving our benefits, tools, and training for both associates and managers. We also understand your concerns regarding the salary and the number of tools required for the job. We conduct regular market analysis to ensure we remain competitive in these areas. We appreciate your candor and will share your experience with the appropriate teams as we strive to enhance the associate experience. Kim at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
