Pros

They are pretty flexible with calling out, but just inform them ahead of time to mot get any demerits

Cons

Whe I first got interviewed they said it could be at home to find out it was not at home at all They told us we could choose a schedule, but to find out it's all the same schedule They promise a bonus, and gave it to the people they layed off, then when people started talking about it and pushing for it we finally got it Some of management has superiority issues, and will constantly down talk you

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
