Pros

The people you work with are chill Free coffee on Mondays

Cons

They hire managers from different projects who train with their future subordinates which causes insecurity on the managers part and also they will have the same if inferior knowledge to those they are managing. Pay is average and incentives can change making it less attractive to do more than what is needed. Equipment provided is not adequate to complete tasks for certain projects. Management know but refuse to change this, surprising they still have contracts with companies.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
