They have a company birthday celebration at the end of each month. Which I really liked because it showed me the company valued me as an employee. If you can't leave for lunch they have a snack station with a coffee machine and seating area. Company is very in touched with technology. The place(bathroom) was always clean.
Cons
Many of the upper level management were not very professional or in touched with reality. One lady in particular will give her personal life testimonies instead of providing training and support. She will spend countless hours of company's time gossiping and boasting about her status and wonderful life. Another thing*** it does not matter what your educational background states. Every one must start at the lowest position.
