Nothing to say about the benefits its better compare to other companies. Accessible to my home and offers a lot of opportunity to grow and develop your career.
Cons
Micromanaging management. Blaming to us team manager especially on attrition which is uncontrollable instances. Decisions of the agents are being made due to pressure of the upper management. No incentives within our account which is already been raised before and still not being heard. No yearly increase on the salary compare to other BPO companies. VL are subject for approval even if is filed ahead of time or more than a month. Some agents are being promoted but after a year of probationary still not being confirmed and salary still not aligned to the specific job description.
