Pros

Friendly Atmosphere; the people I work with are great. Easy Work; After you get the hang of what you're doing it's really easy bordering on mindless. Good Scheduling; They offer several options for scheduling including full and part time, and 8 or 10 hour shifts.

Cons

Training is a farce. They really don't care about their employees. Call Center Not a healthy workplace; you can't move around, sitting at a desk for 8+ hours and not being able to stand, use a peddler, or anything is terrible for your health.

Pros

Knowledge about FMLA, STD, & LTD

Cons

Can’t do overtime but they don’t give you paid holidays. The pto earned is very low. They allow the callers to abuse you and don’t give you permission to disconnect calls on disrespect. They give you no time to notate which means instead of paying attention to caller, you’re notating. Only 4 people can be off at a time so even if you submit your time months in advance, it’s likely going to be denied. The insurance they offer is awful. Supervisors will call and text your phone when they aren’t supposed to.
