Pros

• Trainers are friendly and kind. Has extensive knowledge on the account itself and willingly to extend a helping hand to trainees who are struggling regarding the process. • Good Working Environment • Colleagues, Team Leaders, and QAs are soo nice and chill. They made you feel like a family/friend. Also, they're the ones who give wisdom about life which makes your experience memorable. • Account was easy. • Schedule accommodation (for working students) • Can bring food inside the prod. • HR team was reliable.

Cons

• Low Salary • Toxic Management (higher ups) • Sudden Mandatory OTs (that includes short lunch) • It was difficult to file a leave. • Even though there are upskill opportunities, salary will stay the same. (atleast in our account)

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
