Pros

Decent salary, a few good locations and WFH accounts

Cons

Payroll makes mistakes at least quaterly and up until the following month they pay the correction. "Growing" depends on good looks and stats based on luck, half the staff doesnt have the emotional maturity nor training to understand when they made a mistake and this have consequences on the lives of front line employees, too many people taking things at personal level and having vendetas against people bellow them is childlike, specially since most of those who get into administrative roles (coaches, WFM, trainers, payroll, account managers, QA, etc) did so they dont have to "take calls", barely any has motivation or advocacy for the roll or even growing in that área, they just go with the current because it was was available to not take calls so you have the least motivated people doing task they dont like just to not do something they like even less

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
