Poor Leadership - Management Fountain Electric Employee Review

We appreciate and consider all feedback in efforts to continually become better. That is a key part of the company culture at Fountain... to be open to learning so that we can continually improve and become better. This review uses terminology, such as KPIs, that we do not use in setting performance goals. Fountain wants all their team members to succeed and develop into strong leaders, so we stress with each new hire clear Fountain values, expectations and keys to success which include showing up on time every day, working hard, encouraging two-way communication, and retaining knowledge.
