Pros

Be prepared for tons of perks when working in the Four Hands office. I was working in Sales Support and we regularly enjoyed free breakfasts, lunches, and quarterly outings or events tailored for us after meeting sales goals and working well as a team. The events were actually fun too. Think happy hours and good parties. The team I worked with in Sales Support directly were an amazing bunch of ladies, they really cared to help out when someone new came on and were easy to communicate with most of the time. The management team was wonderful too. The CEO of this company is one of the best parts, he is lively and interactive with employees at every level. Open door policy rules in this company, you have access to every one from the top down. Sales Support is entry level for the company and the CEO is right next to where you work, it's a fun layout. I never had an issue scheduling doctors appointments during the work week. The managing staff was always open to coordinating a long lunch or a late arrival/early departure to allow employees time for appointments that you can't really do on the weekends. Best part is you could always make up hours lost when you take time during the week to see your doctor or get a hair cut. This is a casual office, people wear jeans and t-shirts or if you like to go all out that is welcomed too. I am a person with a lot of color in my wardrobe and I like outlandish items and no one ever cared about what I chose to wear, that kind of freedom is important in my opinion for full comfort as an employee (doesn't matter to all people but it is one of my very big things when looking into a job). Really important, the management team understands and says repeatedly they know you are human and mistakes are going to happen. Obviously, this doesn't mean you can just screw up all the time, but it means you can feel confident in admitting when you've made a mistake and you know that the management team will work with you to fix things in a constructive manner. A +++

Cons

Since part of the roll was commissioned it could be stressful at times to meet goals, it is a lot of work - but more often than not the goals laid out were obtainable. They do not usually set you up to fail. On the one or two occasions when they were not obtainable goals, it was a bit frustrating because once goals were set by your boss you didn't have any say even though they make it seem like you can talk about it with them.
