6yThank you for your candid feedback about your experience as an employee with Four Hands. It is unfortunate to hear that your experience did not meet the standards that we strive for.
That being said, it is important to note that given the fact that the position you held with Four Hands has not existed in 10+ years, we hope that visitors to this review understand that a lot can change over the course of a decade and our efforts to create an engaging and fulfilling experience for our employees has been prioritized and completely redesigned during this time.
It is also worth mentioning that in the past, we have asked our employees to step in and support our annual warehouse sales in order to provide a better experience for our customers. However, it has never been required, and our salaried employees that do support these weekend sales are offered "comp" days that they can use as they wish.
With that, please know that your feedback has not fallen on deaf ears and our teams will take your comments into account as we continue to focus on building our culture and employee experience.
